Cities at the forefront of change: The Final Conference of the Ready4NetZero Project
On April 3, the city of Cracow hosted the final conference of the Ready4NetZero project, a key project under the European Climate Initiative (EUKI), dedicated to empowering local governments to develop long-term strategies for climate neutrality. Over the course of the day, representatives from municipalities, regional authorities and NGOs gathered to explore how the cities involved in the project successfully embarked on the transition to a net-zero future.

On October 1, 2024, in Bucharest, the conference "Integration of the local perspective in the national strategies regarding Energy and Climate" was held. The event, organized by the OER Association, brought together representatives of local and national authorities, international experts and leaders in the energy sector. They looked at various solutions for the transition to climate-neutral and energy-independent communities.
Innovative Solutions for a Sustainable Future: Highlights from the Study Visit in Chemnitz
Representatives from across Europe gathered in Chemnitz, Germany, for a study visit with the purpose of advancing knowledge, sharing best practices and fostering international collaboration on energy transition and climate neutrality. The event hosted participants from Croatia, Hungary, Poland and Romania, representing municipalities, energy organizations and institutes. Over two days, they explored innovative projects, exchanged expertise and engaged in interactive activities based on the Ready4NetZero Guide to Developing Local Climate Neutral Strategies.
